C&N Beach Rentals
Nicole and I (Chris and Nicole-C and N) have been in the short term rental business for about 10 years. We owned our first rental for several years until our jobs kept us too busy (and having small children). Nicole is still working fulltime and I am focused on making our small business successful. We currently operate two rental properties in York Maine. We have resided in York for 14 years. Nicole gets all the credit for paint colors, furniture and decorations.
Cape Adventures
Our stunning reproduction Cape near the beach is the perfect place to create family memories. Tons of space inside with 3,000 sq ft of living space. Outside, take advantage of the large lawn for fun, plenty of parking, three decks and a private patio off the primary bedroom suite. An open kitchen and dining room makes it easy to host meals following a day exploring the coast or relaxing at the beach. The house has a large living room with fireplace and an additional smaller living area making it very easy for extended families to comfortably enjoy the space. Using the stairway in the primary suite you can access the bonus room that is perfect for kids of all ages.
The home has the best of both worlds for families with lots of privacy and still really close to everything York has to offer. The home is less than a mile from Cape Neddick beach (our kids favorite!), restaurants, bars and two miles from short sands beach and its numerous shops, restaurants, playground and Yorks Animal Kingdom. Parking for both beach's is very easy. Linens and towels provided by the host.
Bright and sunny Ranch in a quiet neighborhood perfect for creating memories as a family. Our home is 1,300 SQ Ft inside and sits on 1.25 acres centrally located only 10 minutes from Long Sands Beach and 20 minute walk to Short Sands Beach. Inside, the home provides a beach escape with 3 cozy bedrooms, 12x12 new sunroom, open kitchen and dinning area and comfortable living room allowing all to relax and re-energize. We are within 1 mile of many restaurants, bars, shopping, hiking and much more.
Bedrooms
The Bedrooms all have plenty of space with burrows and close with space for storage. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, a desk, 42” TV (new 2024) and a mini-split for both heat and AC. The second bedroom has a king bed (new in 2024), 2 dressers, mini-split and built in shelves in the closet. The third bedroom has a king bed )new in 2024) two end tables with LED lighting, dresser, mini-split and built in shelves for the closet.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a new quartz countertop. There is a compact washer and dryer in the closet. Shower/tub combo.
Living room
The living room is bright and beachy and partially open to the kitchen and dining area. One of the two couches has a pullout bed. The family will find games and large 65” TV (new in 2024) to enjoy after a day at the beach.
Kitchen/Dining area
The kitchen has an expanded quartz counter top/island, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator and many small appliances(new in 2023/2024) Extra chars in the basement for the oak kitchen table.
Sunroom
The sunroom is like a second living room with comfortable furniture, 42” TV (new in 2024) with a closable door to the kitchen for privacy to watch a movie or use an air mattress for additional sleeping area.
Outside
The home sports 2 decks, one large one with a gas grill, table and chairs for 6 and a second smaller one out back for complete privacy. Flower beds, a water feature and with 1.25 acres plenty of space for games and family fun. Plenty of parking allows 6+ vehicles.
