Tons of space inside, with 3,000 Sq Ft of living space. Outside, take advantage of the large lawn for fun and games, plenty of parking, three decks and a private patio off the primary suite. An open kitchen and dining room makes it easy to host meals following a day exploring the coast or relaxing at the beach. The home has a large living room with fireplace and an additional smaller living area making it easy for extended families to comfortably enjoy the space. Using the stairway in the primary suite you can access the bonus room that is perfect for kids of all ages. With plenty of privacy inside and out, the home is also close to all that York has to offer. Cape Neddick beach is .7 miles, Short Sands Beach is 2 miles away and Long Sands beach 2.5 Miles- all with easy parking options.

a Beautiful bargain in York
The house was much more beautiful than we imagined. Everything was immaculate, and the layout of the house was perfect! The kitchen was large with lots of cabinets and drawers stocked with everything you would need, including lobster pots. Chris thought of everything you would ever need, including flash lights, batteries, lots of toiletries and cleaning products. The linens were fresh and every bathroom was stocked with fresh towels and washcloths. The master bedroom was GORGEOUS with a sitting room, beautiful bathroom, and upstairs the kids loft! Ideal for families. The location was perfect! We hit the beaches many times even though our stay was in February. Short Sands, and Long Sands beaches are right down the road along with some other stunning outdoor walks, including the Wiggly Bridge, and Cliff Walk. There is so much to do right near the house, however the house is nicely secluded on a quiet street. Devine restaurants and shops are also right down the street and a short right and a left brings you to a quaint little general store that we frequented. The house is large and has lots of room for everyone. The kids also enjoyed a ping pong tournament in the basement! I would recommend this house to anyone! A beautiful home in a very convenient and desired location makes this one of the nicest homes we've had the pleasure of renting! I would also like to say that Chris is very quick to return all messages. He was very helpful in our stay and very accommodating!
Great Family House in Cape Neddick
We had a great stay at this well maintained charming house! The house has a fantastic location (walking distance to Cape Neddick beach and the Country Store) and is great for families. Spacious family rooms, very nice fully stocked kitchen, ping pong table in the basement which provided lots of fun for the kids. The outdoor deck was very spacious with lots of seating. 5 mins to York and 10 mins to Ogunquit. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future. :)
Girls vacation
4 good friends getting away for a few days. The home is beautiful.. Very clean and updated. Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Very nice, quite neighborhood . Close to local shops and beach. Also got to see a little wildlife...2 deer, 6 wild turkeys and beautiful cardinal. Would highly recommend and come back!
Cape Neddick Jewel
We needed to find a rental for my wife and I and her parents while we were visiting friends and family in the area. This house was conveniently located in the middle of Southern Maine tourist area. Location is spot on right off Highway 1. There is always a level of anticipation with a rental, about it being true to its photographs. This house over delivers. The 4 bedrooms are more spacious than the photos. The three bathrooms are fully functional and the kitchen has everything needed to make any meal you desire. Pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, foil, all needed appliances as well. As a bonus there are multiple outdoor seating areas to take advantage of the Maine outdoors. On a good day, you can usually hear the waves crash on the beach just down the road. The owner just purchased a fire pit to stay warm while enjoying a s’more or evening libation. The decks are great for admiring the stars in the night sky. The owner also purchased a new gas grill and has provided everything needed to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Cape Neddick jewel is a perfect place for families and couples to gather and enjoy all that Mother Nature provides.
Beautiful and spacious place
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation rental with family and friends, which exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 4 to 10, and this wonderful and well-equipped place provided the perfect setting for our long weekend getaway. The house itself is incredibly charming, with ample space that comfortably accommodated our two families. It is cleverly divided into two connected parts, allowing each party to enjoy some privacy while still being able to come together in the spacious common areas. With three decks and a patio, both indoors and outdoors offered plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The owners have put a lot of love and attention to detail into making the house feel welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped for a large group. We also took advantage of the outdoor barbecue grills and the fire pit, adding a delightful touch to our evenings. The house offered a lot of entertainment including a variety of board games, crayons, and coloring books for the little ones or a ping pong table in the basement. The kids also loved exploring the outdoors around the house. The place is conveniently situated just a short drive from the town center, beaches, restaurants, and stores. Overall, our experience at this vacation rental was exceptionalI and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful getaway with family or friends.
Maine stay
The home was very cute, clean and surprisingly very spacious on the inside. Chris was very accommodating to our short trip to NH for our granddaughters birthday party, as well as very easy to communicate with about the trip and our stay! The location near the coast allows for easy trips to sightsee, shop or enjoy the beach!
Spacious luxury home in York near beaches
Very spacious luxury home in York, Maine area just minutes off Rt. 1 and about five miles from I-95 exit. Bedrooms on both the upper floor and main level room provide for flexibility in accommodations. The decks and property grounds are excellent. Only suggestion is to highlight in the package book on where the laundry facilities are located as we finally found them accessed via a minor bedroom closet on the upper floor and only during our departure.
Father's day/30th Birthday weekend
We chose this property due to it's location for our group of 6 adults with a small dog. Some played golf at the nearby Cape Neddick CC and The Links at Outlook in S Berwick, The Links course did not pan out because of rain. We used that day for car rides to Nubble Lighthouse and Ogunquit to plan for the next days excursions. Some explored York Harbor Beach and Wiggly Bridge while some walked along the Marginal Way area exploring Ogunquit. Two mornings we got up early and took our dog off leash on Long Sands beach. This was a great time to include our furry friend. Lobster rolls were eaten at different locations including: Nubbs Lobster Shack @Cliff House, Foot Bridge in Ogunquit and Fox's near Nubble Light. (if anyone in your party is gluten free most of these places offer gf rolls). One night we all gathered for a spectacular dinner at Nick's Steakhouse and another we ordered pizza from Woody's in York. We hit the local Odd by Nature brewery very close by and the York Beach brewery near the York's Animal Kingdom. One of the highlights of staying here was being able to walk the neighborhood where my husband saw deer on two occasions, while still being close to all that the area offers. We used the gas fireplace on the deck once, otherwise we made ourselves comfy in the spacious living and dining room areas. The house is well stocked and lots of information is provided in a binder. We would definitely recommend and consider coming back!
Wonderful Stay
Chris was an amazing host, responsive and available. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would expect and hope to see, especially in the kitchen. Close proximity to route 1, the beaches and Ogunquit. We'll definitely consider this property again for future stays in the York Beach area.
